American Cookies Mix

400 Grams

(Chocolate Chips not included)

The perfect mix for soft and chewy American style cookies.

How to prepare:

1. Mix 150 grams of room temperature butter with a flat beater until soft.
2. Add 2 eggs and mix until well combined.
3. Add the 400 grams of American cookies mix and mix for 3 minutes on slow speed.
4. Add 100 grams of your favorite chocolate chips or chunks and mix until well combined. 
5. Scoop or form the dough into balls and place on a baking sheet lined with a silicone mat or parchment paper, make sure to leave enough space between them.
6. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 170 to 180°C for 13 - 15 minutes. 

Tip: for best results, refrigerate the formed dough balls for 30 minutes before baking.  

PRO Tip: Don't lie to yourself by swearing you'll only have one cookie. It's okay, we've been there.
