ArmorAir 600D vs ArmorPro 600D — what's the difference?
ArmorAir is the lighter, more minimalist version — same Kevlar but thinner profile, fewer reinforcement layers, designed for everyday comfort. ArmorPro adds the Camera Control button surround and more substantial TPU framing for stronger drop protection. Pick ArmorAir for daily lightness; ArmorPro for serious drop defence.
What is the Volcanic Lens Guard?
It's a raised base directly under the metal camera frame — reinforced material that adds structural stability where the camera plateau meets the case. Most cases leave this transition area thin and weak; the Volcanic structure keeps it solid.
How protective is it?
The Kevlar layer prevents structural warping and offers excellent scratch protection. For everyday drops, scratches, and pocket abrasion, ArmorAir handles it well. For high-drop scenarios, the ArmorPro variant is the heavier-duty option.
Does MagSafe charging work?
Yes. The magnet array is built to MagSafe specification and is also Qi2 compatible — chargers and accessories snap on with proper alignment.
Why is 600D Kevlar special?
600D refers to the denier rating — a measure of yarn density. 600D Kevlar is on the premium end for phone cases, giving a more refined surface texture and better scratch resistance than standard 200D or 400D weaves used in cheaper Kevlar cases.
