Antidepressant belongs to serotonin/norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors used in the treatment of fibromyalgia, generalized anxiety disorder, major depressive disorder, neuropathic pain associated with diabetes mellitus and urinary incontinence.

This antidepressant is useful in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder, social phobia, panic disorder, generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). It may be indicated for pain, insomnia, and migraine as well.
