Description

PILA is a sculptural dining set carved from solid natural ash wood. The long rectangular table, with softly rounded corners, rests on two pedestals made of thick stacked wooden discs, each one slightly offset from the next. Six matching chairs follow the same idea: a base of rounded stacked rings, a plump bouclé seat, and an oval solid-wood backrest framing a soft upholstered panel. The grain of the ash stays visible on every surface.
