سحلب

سحلب تمرات هو منتج تقليدي يتميز بنكهته الرفيعة وقوامه الكريمي. يُصنع السحلب من مسحوق جذور الأوركيد (الأرضي شوكي) الذي يُعتبر مصدرًا غنيًا بالفيتامينات والمعادن. يمكن تحضيره بسهولة عن طريق خلطه مع الحليب أو الماء وإضافة السكر أو العسل حسب الرغبة. يُفضل تناوله كوجبة خفيفة دافئة، خاصةً في الأجواء الباردة، حيث يُضيف شعورًا بالراحة والدفء.
