Frequently Asked Questions
What devices can connect to it?
Bluetooth 5.1 works with any modern iPhone, Android phone, tablet, laptop, or Mac. Range is typically up to 10 m line-of-sight.
Is it sweatproof / waterproof?
It is sweat, light rain, and dust resistant. Avoid submersion beyond the rating and rinse after exposure to salt water.
Are bone conduction headphones safe?
Yes — bone conduction technology transmits sound through cheekbones, bypassing the eardrum. Many users find them more comfortable than in-ear designs, and they keep ears open for situational awareness.
What warranty and support do I get?
All products include manufacturer warranty. incrediDeals offers full after-sales support and authorised servicing.
Is this the latest version of the Shokz Headphones (Bone Conduction)?
Yes — this is the current 2026 model carried by incrediDeals for the UAE market.
