Third Wave Water - Classic Light Roast Profile | 20x 2L sachets

Based on the SCA water profile, Third Wave Water is easy to use and allows you to highlight flavours, reduce the bitterness and achieve optimal extraction rates in a few easy steps. Just add one Third Wave Water Classic Profile stick to 2 litre of distilled or Reverse-osmosis water, shake, and use to brew your specialty coffee and that makes approximately 150ppm TDS.

A box contains 20 sachets and each sachet makes 2L of water for a total of 40 Litres.

We found that the optimal TDS for brewing light roast coffee is around 75ppm (approximately half the recommended concentration). This means using 1 sachet with 4L of water, bringing the total amount of water up to 80 Litres per box.
